Etude House Henna Fix Proof 10 Mascara!

I’m kind of a newbie when it comes to Asian cosmetics so I was super excited when found this new Asian cosmetic store in Melbourne’s CBD called Yuki House. It was like a cute, girly make up heaven and I couldn’t resist getting my hands on a couple of things.

One of the items I picked up was this Etude House mascara and I’ve been wearing it everyday since. It is pure LOVE. It makes my lashes thick, dark and very lush! It’s long lasting and waterproof so stays on all day without smudging or flaking, yet it’s still very easy to remove at night. The spiral brush is awesome too, as it really works to grab and coat my tiny corner lashes. It’s actually what drew me in to buy the mascara in the first place, that and of course, the pretty pink tube! I simply adore this, and while I wont say it’s my HG mascara because well let’s face it, my make up addiction will probably never be satisfied, I will say that it’s definitely high on my love list and I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Here’s a before and after shot of the mascara’s effects. As you can see, there is quite a big difference especially on my outer lashes 😀

Bare, skinny lashes
Well hello there! Just 2 coats et voilà… I actually have eyelashes
The mascara is available at Yuki House for $24.95 AUD for those in Melbourne, but you can also pick it up on eBay for around $20.

I was very impressed with the SKII Facial Treatment Essence (, enough so that I have continued to use the product daily as part of my skin care routine after the test period. It’s a luxury purchase to be sure, but this is one of the best products that can really make a significant difference in your skin, and so worth every penny.

I applied the treatment each morning and evening after cleansing my skin and before moisturizer/primer and then makeup. Within just a few days I could see that my skin was much more supple and smooth – particularly in the t-zone. After about two weeks, I loved the beautiful glow my skin had – even without makeup.
